Umgekehrtes Feuer

Beinahe jeder LARPer hat auf die ein und selbe Art erlernt ein Holzfeuer zu entzünden. Gut trockenes Holz wird geschichtet, darunter wird mit einem Anzünder, Spänen, Papier oder Karton das Feuerchen langsam hochgepäppelt, bis die hinaufleckenden Flammen auch größere Äste und Scheite entzünden.

Soweit so gut. Dass es auch ganz anders geht und diese umgekehrte Methode nicht nur Holz spart sondern auch mehr Wärme entwickelt, zeigt dieser Artikel von Tim Ferriss dem Autor des Buchs Die 4-Stunden-Woche.

Der Text ist leider ziemlich lang und auf englisch, aber die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck wie das ganze funktioniert.

Unbedingt auf dem nächsten LARP ausprobieren.
