Safer-Stockbrot

Nicht nur bei LARPern sondern bei allen lagerfeuersitzenden Spezies sehr beliebt ist Stockbrot. So beliebt, dass sich das Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung (BfR) dem Stockbrotkonsum annimmt.
Das BfR rät in einer Presseinformation dringend davon ab Stockbrotteig mit Eiern herzustellen da Stockbrote oft nicht richtig durchgebacken und eventuell vorhandene Salmonellen nicht komplett abgetötet werden.

Mit einem Stockbrotteig auf Hefebasis ohne Eier sind alle Esser auf der sicheren Seite und nur die falsche Wahl des Holzes kann noch den Appetit verderben. Finger weg von Nadelhölzern. Ideal ist beispielsweise das Holz von Haseln.
