Bebauungsplan fÃ¼r Themenpark in Arbeit

Nach dem Vertragsabschluss beginnen nun die konkreten Arbeiten am Themenpark Weltentor und der Bebauungsplan wird erstellt. Dabei soll rund ein Drittel (45 Hektar) des ehemaligen Buga GelÃ¤ndes Ã¼bernommen und neu fÃ¼r den Themenpark gestaltet werden.
