Magister Mystifax klärt auf: Pergament

Schriftrollen sehen toll aus sind aber historisch nicht korrekt, denn schon sehr früh kam man auf die Idee, daß gefaltetes Papier irgendwie besser zu transportieren und zu lagern ist. Oder mit den Worten eines gernervten Historikers:

"Will people ever get the idea that parchment is folded, not rolled!"
